NEW YORK (Reuters) – Tuesday, U.S. actor Wendell Pierce broke character to deal with a woman who stopped him in the middle of a Broadway play called “Death of a Salesman.”
An audience member at the New York City show saw Pierce try to calm the person down by offering to make sure she didn’t get kicked out of the theatre and got her money back.
The unknown woman kept yelling at Pierce, even though the rest of the audience booed her.
During the incident, the theatre lights were turned on, and the woman was led out of the building by police officers.
