Tayshia Adams doesn’t want to get back together with her ex. The 32-year-old former Bachelorette star joked in a TikTok video posted on Wednesday about getting holiday texts from ex-boyfriends while dancing to a song by rapper So Supa.

The song, which has a beat and repeats the word “nope” over and over, has quickly become popular among people who use platform.

Adams did her own version of the social media trend by shaking her head, snapping her fingers to the beat, and putting on her sunglasses while the words “when they hit you with the Merry Christmas text” appeared at the bottom of the screen.

“Ladies, stay safe this holiday season,” she wrote as the video’s caption. Fans know that Adams’s love life has been shown on TV as one of the main stars of Bachelor Nation. She tried to win the heart of Colton Underwood on season 23 of The Bachelor.

Even though Underwood was in the top two, she was on season six of Bachelor in Paradise because she was in a relationship with Cassie Randolph. Even though she started dating another Big Brother contestant, John Paul Jones, they broke up before the finale.

After she became the lead of season 16 of The Bachelorette, she met Zac Clark and got engaged to him. However, in November of last year, the two broke up. She helped host Katie Thurston and Michelle Young’s season of The Bachelorette with Kaitlyn Bristowe.

Adams said on The Drew Barrymore Show in March that she doesn’t have any plans to return to the franchise right away. Adams said, “That’s the million-dollar question.” “At the very least, I have to say that time did me good.

I’ve spent a lot of time on it over the last four years. I’m ready to do the next thing.” She did say, though, that she won’t say for sure that she won’t show up again in the future. She said, “It’s just a pause.”

Adams has already said that she doesn’t want to date another Bachelor Nation alum or be on the show again. “To be honest, I think I’m in good shape. I believe I’m all set” She told Entertainment Tonight in June.
