In an interview with WSJ. Magazine, “Jeopardy!” co-host Mayim Bialik said that she goes to Zoom treatment twice a week and naps and meditates every day.

Bialik told WSJ Magazine, “We shoot five episodes a day, and on the day of filming, I’m given hints about how to prepare.”

So I have to look at all the clues, practice saying the words, look up things I don’t know, and try to get as much rest as I can the night before because the days are long and I’m on my feet and talking the whole time.

Bialik said that Zoom therapy keeps her week “on track.” She also takes regular naps to get away from the stress of her high-profile job. She says that even a 7-minute nap helps her feel refreshed.

In July of 2022, Bialik and Ken Jennings, who was a famous “Jeopardy!” player, became hosts. The Deseret News said that since then, the “Jeopardy!” co-hosts have become closer, and Bialik even had them in the Season 3 premiere of her show “Call Me Kat.”

Bialik told WSJ. Magazine that getting to know him was fun. Cultural icon. Smart. He knows a lot, just like the people who win “Jeopardy!” He most likely knows everything.”

Bialik said that she would probably win “Jeopardy!” categories about neuroscience and Hebrew and Jewish studies because she has a Ph.D. in neuroscience.

Bialik has talked about “Jeopardy!” on social media, and she has talked about how fans compare her hosting style to that of Jennings. “We’re human.”

Bialik said, according to Deseret News, on an episode of the podcast “Inside Jeopardy!” earlier this year, “I can’t say that when you hear things that are constructive, you don’t start to think a bit too much about it.” “But I don’t know, I kind of take everyone’s point of view with a grain of salt and think everyone has a right to their opinion.”

The actress was the host of “Celebrity Jeopardy!” last fall, according to the “Jeopardy!” website. According to Deseret News, Bialik will be the host of “Jeopardy!” in January. Jennings will host until the end of the year.

Michael Davies, the show’s executive producer, said, “The truth is that we have so much “Jeopardy!” to make and so many plans for the future that we always knew we would need more than one host for the franchise, and we are so thankful that Mayim and Ken stepped up and helped put the show in a position to succeed.”
