Jeremy Renner, who is 52 years old, is still in the hospital recovering from a terrible accident that happened with snow removal equipment. He hasn’t been able to go home yet.
Since January 1, the actor has been in the hospital. On Instagram, he posted a picture of what looked like the snowy outside of his Reno, Nevada, home, along with an interesting caption. It said, “I miss my happy place…”
Jeremy’s touching post comes after a snow plow accident on his property on New Year’s Day sent him to the hospital by helicopter.
He was reportedly hit by “a very large piece of snow removal equipment” he owned while clearing snow from his driveway and helping his neighbors clear snow after a lot of snow fell in the area.

Last Monday, he had surgery, and on Tuesday, he was in the intensive care unit. His condition was critical but stable.
“Mr. Renner went to get his snowcat, or PistenBully, which is a very large piece of snow removal equipment that weighs at least 14,330 pounds, so that he could get his car moving.
Mr. Renner got out of his PistenBully to speak with a family member after successfully towing his vehicle from its stuck location,” Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam said in a press conference shortly after the incident.
“At this point, it’s clear that the PistenBully started to roll,” he said. “Mr. Renner tries to take control of the PistenBully again so he can stop it from rolling. Based on what we found out, the PistenBully runs over Mr. Renner at this point.”
Two days ago, Jeremy let his fans know how he was doing by posting a video of himself in the hospital on social media. In the video, he was wheeled into a room with a CT scanner, which is a Canon computed tomography machine. In the caption, he wrote, “I hope you all have a wonderful night.”
