Deutsche Bank Supplies $211M Loan For NJ Office Asset


Hana Financial Group has been chosen to restructure Novo Nordisk’s North American headquarters in New Jersey with a $210.7 million loan package.

Hana’s 800 Scudders Mill Road office property in Plainsboro, N.J. received a loan from Deutsche Bank, which was handled by Cushman & Wakefield with the help of John Alascio, Alexander Hernandez, Alex Lapidus, Meredith Donovan, Andy Merin, David Bernhaut, and Frank DiTommaso.

In a statement, Alascio said, “This asset is one of the highest-quality buildings in the market today, and the tenant’s sustained commitment and institutional sponsorship produced competitive market conditions for the refinancing.”

800 Scudders Mill Road, situated two miles from Princeton University, consists of nine interconnected structures totaling 731,104 square feet. The facility is located within the Princeton Forrestal Center on a 58-acre plot of land.

Hana Financial Group representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Deutsche Bank did not respond to a request for comment.
