According To The Jaguars’ Owner’s Representative, The Team Decided To Fire Urban Meyer On Sunday Rather Than Wednesday.

Early Thursday morning, soon after 12 PM, the Jaguars declared that they’d headed out in different directions from lead trainer Urban Meyer, a choice made closely following a Wednesday report from the Tampa Bay Times that supposed that Meyer had kicked the group’s previous kicker, Josh Lambo, practically speaking.

However, as indicated by group proprietor Shad Khan’s PR agent, Jim Woodcock, the report didn’t have anything to do with the group’s choice. Woodcock said that Khan really settled on the choice to fire Meyer well before the report Wednesday was delivered.

Woodcock says the establishment didn’t deliver the terminating on the grounds that it was standing by to traverse a few “recently booked arrangements”— remembering NFL gatherings for Dallas—prior to making it official. Woodcock considered it an “wrong presumption” and to accept that the Lambo story calculated into Khan’s choice

The report from the Tampa Bay Times was not really the main issue that Meyer had confronted this season. In his short residency, he made a dubious recruit of an associate mentor, checked Tim Tebow out at a position he’d never played, was seen at his bar in Columbus with a his lady spouse, and, obviously, posted a 2–11 record.
