$1100 Fourth Stimulus Check: Schedule of Golden State Payments, How to Check Eligibility

Do you have issues with the fourth stimulation check? Millions of Californians are concerned about the state’s missing stimulus funds. It could be a good idea to investigate the delivery timetables and eligibility conditions before complaining to the authorities.

California awarded another 750,000 checks for the Golden State Stimulus II program this week. This will be credited to 9 million eligible people before the end of the year, and payment should appear in their accounts by the end of the year.

Sadly, millions more people are reporting missing payments. They are inquiring as to why transactions that were supposed to begin in October have yet to arrive in their bank.

The absence of GSS payments might be caused by one of two factors. The first is the delivery timeline, which continues to be delayed. The second consideration is the recipient’s eligibility, which should have been established by the submission of all required paperwork for the program.

Check Eligibility

Apart from arrival date, recipients must remember their eligibility and conditions. Only California residents who meet the following criteria are eligible for the Golden State stimulus check:

  • By October 15, they had filed and submitted their 2020 tax returns.
  • This tax year, your California Adjusted Gross Income (CA AGI) is $75,000 or less.
  • Other taxpayers cannot claim you as a dependent.
  • Must have lived in the state for more than half of the tax year in 2020.
  • Upon payment release, I remained a California resident.

The Franchise Tax Board has launched an online tool to assist in determining eligibility for the Golden State stimulus check.

The online tool asks you a number of questions about your California residency, filing status, adjusted gross income, and other details. If a person is not qualified for GSS, the tool will automatically compute “$0 payment amount.”

Also, bear in mind that the tool only gives you a ballpark figure for your GSS payment. The exact amount will depend on your specific circumstances.
