According to ESPN's Jordan Raanan, many inside the New York Giants organization think the Eli Manning era is "done" or "close" to being done.

Another report from Greg Gabriel of ProFootballWeekly.com states that many inside the organization wanted Manning gone last season.

The Giants will likely own the second or third overall pick in the draft, allowing them the opportunity to find the next answer at quarterback.

(which is why I think Nick Saban should be the guy they hire, offering him coaching and general manager duties, along with their top draft choice)

As crazy as it sounds, Manning will start this week vs. the Dallas Cowboys after Geno Smith ended his streak this past week vs. the Oakland Raiders.

This is situation is a complete circus, boys and girls.
