New York Giants Management Would Be Dumb To Break Up This Roster

What was Hillary Clinton's campaign slogan? Something about being "Stronger Together" or some shit like that.

For the record, no, I'm not a Donald Trump supporter, I'm not a Republican, so don't act like I have some sort of bias against Clinton or Democrats.

But that doesn't mean it wasn't a shit slogan - too boring, too fake.

Say what you want about the New York Giants, but this disastrous season, which is looking more like a tank job week by week, was completed as a team.

Multiple players have been suspended, multiple players have left for certain periods of time due to "personal reasons," anonymous players are shit-talking the head coach/defensive coaching staff, and multiple players were accused of quitting on plays in their last loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

For some reason, those who cover the Giants are pushing for the team to "blow this group up" and start over.

Uhm, are you dumb?

f anything, make sure you keep this group together.

As a whole, they are smart enough to understand that Ben McApanda is in over his head, and they've teamed up to oppose his horrendous coaching strategies and habits.

It's almost like when the kids team up and try to go against the authority of the parents, except in this case, the kids are right and the kids have way more leverage.

This team is united, stronger together.

For all of those who are on the "trade Janoris Jenkins" train, then you must be the same group hoping for Odell Beckham Jr. to be traded because they are the same player but on different sides of the ball.

Both are incredibly talented, both are incredibly immature. You have to take the good with the bad.

Jenkins was an All-Pro last season while posting a gross Pro Football Focus grade of 88.

He's a lock-down corner in a pass-happy league.

Who else do you want to get rid of? Jason Pierre-Paul? Olivier Vernon? Damon Harrison? Landon Collins?

The Giants don't have the current structure, culture, or backups to see those guys leave and still have success with old man Eli Manning at quarterback.

The sole reason the Giants were in the playoffs last season was due to their defense, a group that was better than any other group in the red zone and allowed the second-fewest points in the league.

If you are one of those who want management to blow this group up, basically because McAdon't is lost and they are sick of his piss-poor offensive coaching, then you aren't paying attention.

The Giants need a better leader (head coach), not a brand new roster.
